The innermost layer is a fully developed brand strategy, which determines the direction your brand assets need to take. Then comes your brand identity, which determines the rules that make every piece feel like the belong to the same puzzle. (Both of these you get with The WOW Factor).
Once that's covered, your strategy and identity can be applied to new formats and contexts, like a website, an online program, or a whole sales funnel. Because each of those formats have their specific intricacies and functions, I only accept to work on them if the brand strategy and identity are set.
